As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will conduct end-of-day accounting procedures, balancing accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy. Be the beacon of assistance during the night, providing exceptional service for late check-ins, inquiries, and ensuring a secure and peaceful environment. You will also utilize hotel management systems to process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately.

You will be working your magic on a full-time year-round basis. Your schedule will be 40 hours a week. Weekends, nights, and holidays are a must. The starting wage is $20 per hour.

Job Duties:
Acknowledges our guest with a smile and friendly “hello”. Promptly attends to guest needs
Performs calculations of all department’s day work. (Ability to gather, analyzes, and evaluates data)
Completes daily reports – balanced to zero
Maintains records of routine accounting transactions; Assists in preparation of financial and operations reports including trial balances, adjustments and closing entries
Follows all audit procedures as specified by brand
Acts as night manager in absence of manager on duty. (Ability to work unsupervised)
Arrives to work on-time and ready to begin shift
Demonstrates a team behavior and attitude of working together to accomplish tasks (even if outside specific job duties)
Completes work in a timely manner and meets productivity standards/expectations
Performs additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Required Education and Experience:
Prior customer service experience is preferred. High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
