In this hands-on role, you’ll support the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property, helping ensure our grounds and public areas reflect the high standards our guests expect. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a collaborative hospitality team. There is also the potential for this role to transition into a Full-Time Seasonal opportunity for the right candidate.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces
- Assist Housekeeping with light tasks as needed to support daily operations
- Remove trash and recycling from designated areas
- Help with seasonal setup, breakdown, and general property upkeep
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready
- Support the Housekeeping team with special projects as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Hospitality or facilities experience preferred but not required
Performance Measurement:
Success in this role will be measured by reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property.
