Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center has openings for full-time, seasonal, breakfast attendants. As the breakfast attendant you will be an early riser and efficiently set-up and neatly maintain the breakfast area with food and beverages for the guests to enjoy. You will ensure that the breakfast items are well stocked, tables are cleared after guests, dishes taken to the dishwasher, and clean the dining room when breakfast ends.


We are looking for people who will safely and efficiently provide excellent customer service with a smile. Team oriented and a positive attitude are a must.

Job Duties:

  • Welcome guests with a smile and friendly manner.
  • Set-up and break-down breakfast.
  • Dining room cleaned and tables and chairs put away as directed.
  • Regular cleaning and bussing of tables.
  • Prepare and deliver room service orders as requested.
  • Excellent customer service when in front of guests.


Skills Required:

  • Understanding or or ability to learn basic sanitation and regulations for workplace safety.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
  • Hours and shifts may vary, and can include early mornings, weekends and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Sunday through Saturday, Overtime may be available and will be paid in accordance with federal and state law.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of standing and walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, carrying and lifting and working in a kitchen.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, to reach, handle, grasp and communicate.

  • Depending on federal and state guidelines, applicants may be required to complete COVID-19 test and/or quarantine for 10 days before beginning employment.
