The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel is looking a full-time, year-round Front Desk Manager. We are seeking someone who has a friendly attitude, has a strong attention to detail, is a team player and determined to go above and beyond for our guests and the property. They are organized, professional, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

In the position of the Front Desk Manager, you can expect to:

  • Support and train the front desk and reservations agents
  • Set an example of excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to communicate smoothly and efficiently among departments
  • Effectively resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Oversee daily rates and availability
  • Share knowledge of local attractions, business locations and points of interest

This role you are expected to be proficient in all front desk operations. The ability to assist and understand the needs of our guests. Flexibility in your schedule is required to support a team that provides service 24 hours each day.

Salary/Pay:

  • Starting at $63k range

Required Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required, secondary education preferred.
  • 2 years of hotel experience or similar office experience
  • Supervisory experience required
