Dive into a culinary adventure as our waterfront hotel seeks a skilled line cook to make waves in the kitchen. The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to fill a full-time, year-round position in our Bistro restaurant. This position might require you to assist with our Cadillac Café and Events at the property. The ideal candidate will have experience working all stations on the line in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable preparing a variety of items with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items.
  • Comfortable cooking with broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
  • Knows and complies with portion sizes according to recipes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen procedures.
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at stations to assure smooth service.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
  • Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly.
  • Assists in food prep assignments.
  • Closes the kitchen following proper sanitation procedures.

Pay range:

  • $17-$24 per hour, plus benefits
